  Saurganga Darshandhari Saurganga Darshandhari is a Kathmandu-based multidisciplinary artist and printmaker whose practice encompasses printmaking, installation, performance art, painting, and mixed media. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Tribhuvan University, Nepal, and a Master of Fine Arts in Printmaking from the University of Development Alternative, Bangladesh, in 2009. She is currently pursuing an MPhil–PhD in Fine Arts at Tribhuvan University. Since 2001, Darshandhari has actively exhibited her work both nationally and internationally. She has presented four solo exhibitions and participated in numerous prestigious exhibitions, biennales, triennials, and performance art festivals. during Pillar project at Stoa 169 Germany 2024 "Musical play" 2010 "Evoke city "2012 Collabrative art work with above 40 years old and below 15 years old community people from Thimi City,Bhaktapur, Nepal organised by Lasana. My curiosity to know about the beauty, culture and landscape of Thimi led me to work on this project. During my research i came to know that  art existed from ancient times in Thimi had its impact in the daily life, economy and culture of the people there. People are replacing high buildings in the field where vegetables are grown and clay is taken for pottery. People are changing their culture accepting new culture and technology. The dense Newari community is being replaced by other communities. The beauty of the city is vanishing day by day as the caretaker of city are moving elsewhere.
